Hi, I’m Charlotte

CEO OF CHAR & CO. PROFESSIONAL ORGANIZING

As professional organizer, training coach, parish ambassador, award winning volunteer, mentor and business owner of three successful companies, I have the experience, skills, knowledge and passion to empower others and make a positive impact in the world.

After selling my medical supply business in 2012, I realized I no longer needed five closets full of professional attire (yes, five!) I keep a very minimal and tidy home, but my wardrobe consumption was simply out of control. This sparked my journey into minimalism and organizing. Inspired by Marie Kondo’s “The Life-Changing Magic of Tidying Up”, and mastering the art of decluttering and organization, I was eager to share this amazing process with others.

Today, I am the proud owner of CHAR & CO. Professional Organizing. We are delighted to serve you with a business that does more than just tidying up - it changes how people live. Our work is about creating thoughtful, functional organizational systems that make life easier for our clients. We love seeing the relief and joy on their face when we clear the things they no longer need and create spaces that bring them peace and joy. 

Outside of Char & Co., I cherish time with my husband, son, daughter-in-law, three wonderful grandchildren, and our grand-dog (Clark Griswold.) I also love traveling, especially with my girlfriends, serving my church, and volunteering with local charities. I am grateful for so many blessings in life, including being able to serve others and do what I love.

Once minimized and refreshed, we strategically place everything in designated spaces that work best for you and your family.

My sisters and I hired Char and her team to pack up our parent’s home after their passing. They took care of everything including scheduling Saint Vincent de Paul to pick up 3 loads of furniture and household goods that could serve someone in need. They were like visiting Angels!
