Charlotte Slankard founded CHAR & CO. Professional Organizing to help St. Louis families create homes that feel more functional, organized, and easier to maintain.
With a practical, judgment-free approach, Charlotte and her team help clients simplify their spaces, reduce clutter, and create systems that work for everyday life.
A Passion for Helping Others
Helping others has always been important to Charlotte.
In addition to serving clients throughout the St. Louis area, Charlotte is actively involved in the community through volunteer work and charitable initiatives. She has volunteered with organizations including Connections to Success and serves on the Board of Directors for Our Lady's Inn, a nonprofit that supports women and children in need.
Blessing Our Neighbors Initiative
Charlotte also created the CHAR & CO. Blessing Our Neighbors Initiative, a program dedicated to giving back to individuals and families in the local community. Through this initiative, CHAR & CO. supports neighbors facing difficult circumstances and helps make a positive impact beyond the homes it organizes.
That same commitment to helping others is at the heart of CHAR & CO. Whether helping a client prepare for a move, organize a pantry, or reclaim an entire home, Charlotte's goal is always to make life a little easier and less stressful.

Charlotte has spent years helping clients throughout the St. Louis area create more organized and functional spaces. Prior to launching CHAR & CO. Professional Organizing, she was involved with Sacred Space Organizing, another St. Louis-based organizing company.
